Step & Tone
Still one of the most popular studio workouts, step is great for the heart, fab for legs and butts. This class which is ideal for all levels, sometimes uses the new XCO-Trainer for increased intensity and upper body toning. Abdominal training is also included.
S.A.S.
Step + Aerobics + Strength - a great combo workout! 20 minutes of strong, powerful step - then hit the turbo button for 20 minutes of high/low aerobics and top the class off with some great strength and core work. Some experience of step is recommended.
Step Challenge
For Step fans, this class emphasizes advanced step choreography, building complex patterns to challenge the mind and body. Enjoy this energetic, cardio-focused method of training which will include rhythm variations, directional changes, stomps and turns. Suitable for the intermediate to advanced stepper.
Spin Cycle/Express Spin
Motivating music, inspirational instructors and a calorie-bashing workout guaranteed to give you results – that's our indoor cycling experience! Spin Cycle is 45 minutes, Express Spin 30 minutes.

Yoga/Pilates Fusion

Pilates Matwork
Sculpt your body using simultaneous strengthening and stretching in a non-impact, balanced system of mind body control that focuses on core stability. Based on exercises derived from the programme first developed by Joseph Pilates that works as well for the seasoned athlete as it does for the total beginner (attendance at introductory course may be required).
Pilates Plus
A strong and challenging Pilates class using various equipment such as fit balls, foam rollers, Flexi-bars and more. Pilates Plus will lengthen, strengthen, flatten and tone – ideal for all levels.
Total Body Conditioning
A great all-over class suitable for all levels of fitness - incorporating traditional, high/low aerobics to strengthen your heart and lungs plus great toning for upper body, legs and abs.
Circuit Express
In the gym or studio, this 30 minute class will hit all the major muscle groups, burning calories as you zip through different exercises stations – no complex choreography, no fancy skills needed, just a great workout to supercharge your day!
ZUMBA®
A fusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves create a one-of-a-kind fitness programme that will blow you away!
