OPTIONS
One-2-One Training
With one-2-one supervised training, your Personal Trainer will consult with you on your fitness goals, timeframe, personal needs and interests and use this information to customise a programme especially for you. They will coach you though specific exercises and help you track your results. Available in single sessions or in packages of 3, 5, or 10 sessions.
Semi-Private or "Buddy" Training
Buddy up for better results. If you prefer to train with a spouse, friend, or partner, then this is the perfect solution to receive special attention and reduce the cost of personal training. Available in single sessions or in packages of 3, 5, or 10 sessions.
Small Group Training
Join a group of up to six individuals with similar fitness levels and goals. This affordable option provides peer support and friendship while being supervised by a personal fitness coach. They will help you focus on the basics like strength training, flexibility and cardio while receiving nutrition counseling.
